Pete provides informational crypto-market analysis, charts, and membership content. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, manage portfolios, or provide advice tailored to an individual.

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live and responsible for every decision made from the information shown. Do not share an account or redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly republish member-only calls, charts, archives, or research.

Monthly access lasts 30 days and annual access lasts 365 days from confirmed activation. Membership does not renew automatically; extending access requires a new invoice. Access may be limited or ended for misuse, security risk, payment dispute, or conduct that threatens the service or other members.

The private methodology, ranking logic, and unpublished research remain Pete's confidential work. Features, prices, and availability may change prospectively; an already-paid access period keeps the plan and duration recorded on its confirmed invoice.

When you sign in, Pete receives the stable account identifier, email address, and optional display name supplied by Sign in with ChatGPT. Pete also stores membership status, invoice and payment-status records, product access, and limited operational/security logs.

This information is used to authenticate accounts, activate the correct plan, prevent abuse, maintain the published record, and resolve support or payment issues. Structured records are stored in the site database and private charts are stored in protected object storage.

Service providers may process only the data needed for their role: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, NOWPayments for crypto invoices and payment status, OpenRouter for caption generation, X for approved publication, and Binance for public market data. Pete does not store wallet private keys, exchange credentials, or bank-card details.

Records are retained while needed for access, security, payment reconciliation, the integrity of published trade history, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, contact Pete through the verified X profile below. Identity will be checked before account data is changed.

Invoices are priced in USDT and must be paid using the exact asset, network, address, and amount displayed at checkout. Access begins only after NOWPayments reports an accepted final payment status.

Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Pete cannot recover a payment sent to the wrong address, with the wrong asset, or through the wrong network. An expired, underpaid, late, duplicated, refunded, or conflicting payment may be held for manual review instead of changing access automatically.

Confirmed digital access is generally final once activated. If a valid payment is duplicated or confirmed without the purchased access being delivered, contact Pete promptly for review. Any refund required by applicable law will be handled accordingly; do not send a second payment while an invoice is waiting or confirming.

Crypto assets and derivatives are highly volatile. Leverage can cause rapid losses, including the loss of all capital committed to a position. Slippage, gaps, liquidity changes, exchange outages, latency, and market manipulation can produce a result different from a displayed chart.

Every setup can fail. Historical charts, published outcomes, win rates, targets, and commentary are not promises of future performance. Entry, invalidation, and target levels are analytical reference points—not instructions to buy, sell, or size a position.
